Hi Lien,

Thank you very much for the feedback! It’s so awesome to know another person who is a fan of Jacky Cheung like myself! Hahahahaha! I sort of grew up listening to his songs, and even up till now I still find that he’s one of the rare few remaining greatest singer/artiste around.. with real solid vocal skills and a great personality too! Yes he sang with so much heart, and when you close your eyes to listen to him singing (especially at live concert), you can really feel the emotion. Damn awesome!! Everytime I think of the experience I had when I attended the concert, it never fails to touch my heart.

I sang along to his older tunes at the concert too!! Brought back so much memories of the good old days.. I was just so thankful that he came to Singapore and I had time to attend the concert. Wish I can do this more often. Hahaha~ :P

Thank you so much for dropping a note here Lien, it’s the lunar new year period now in Singapore, so I would like to take this opportunity to wish you and your loved ones a happy prosperous year 2012, and may all your journey in life be a beautiful and smooth sailing one! :)

Best Regards,
Angeline
(:

Great blog and photos! I just recently went to his concert in Toronto and was sitting 5th row center from the stage! Was so awesome! Tried getting good videos and photos and it was a bit difficult with our phones (one was a Samsung Galaxy and the other Blackberry Bold 9900.) In the end my Canon point and shoot did end up getting some good footage and photos.

I was just really in awe of how well he sang and with so much heart! He sounds better on stage than on his records I must say! I loved singing along to his older tunes.

Anyway…just wanted to say thanks to your blog I knew what to expect before going to the concert. Cheers!

Inspired at ArtScience Museum

Last weekend we sneaked a quick 3 hours for a visit to the Singapore ArtScience Museum at Marina Bay Sands. Being our first visit there, everything seemed so new and nice to us! It felt like we were froggies cooped in a well for a long time! It was an awesome feeling, like we just had a...

Practice makes perfect, and you are doing really good at it now! Look at all the pictures you are taking now! (:

Even at those settings, Raymond’s hand must be super steady to get such sharp shots. If I took them, I’ll get a ton of handshake blur. Hahaa..

Hi Bianca, basically good light to begin with in the ballroom and in this case Marriott Hotel is bright enough. With iso at 2500/3200, using 85mm F1.2 lens will help a lot. :)

Hi Bing / Karen! More used to calling you Karen… Hehe. Guess what, when I was blogging about the champagne, immediately I thought of you! Cos you are the only person whom we know loves Champagne so much. (:

Thank you for the compliment, very happy to know that the images managed to pull a heartstring. More to come, and you take care in S.A!! (:
